Metcon

High-intensity workout combining strength and cardio to improve endurance, power and overall fitness.

Evolve

Our signature hybrid class — a full-body session combining strength, cardio and functional movement.

Pilates

Low-impact session focused on core strength, flexibility and total body control.

Spin

Indoor cycling workout — fast-paced sprints, climbs and intervals to music. Coming soon.
