Tomi Tatham — Co-Owner & Personal Trainer at TNT Hybrid

Tomi Tatham

I started as a professional boxer — it was my life, and I achieved a #4 UK ranking as a light heavyweight. Sadly I had to retire after my dreams were shattered at the MEN Arena fighting for what should have been the British title eliminator.

I’ve never been one to stay down long. I poured everything into building TNT Fitness & TNT Elite, now TNT Hybrid — not your generic gyms, but facilities everyone feels comfortable in with the best equipment and environment. I started with Box Fit in local halls, moved into PT, classes and small groups, and found my new passion: helping others achieve their dreams.

Since boxing I’ve competed in strongman, powerlifting and Hyrox. Every session I plan is a chance to pass on those experiences — challenging, fun, and built to bring the TNT family together.

Hannah Benson

I’m a co-owner of TNT Hybrid and a dedicated personal trainer with over five years of experience helping people transform their health, confidence and overall wellbeing. Fitness isn’t just my career — it’s a huge part of who I am, and I regularly compete in fitness events to keep pushing my own limits.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in confidence and realise what they’re capable of — whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or simply feeling better in their own skin.

Outside the gym, I married my husband Dan in August last year and we love travelling, trying new food spots, and enjoying the simple things. I can’t wait to bring the TNT Hybrid community together.

Matt Baines

I’m a local electrician who’s worked hard to build up my own business and take pride in doing the job right. That’s come in very handy setting up TNT Hybrid — I’ve had a hand in just about every fixture and fitting in here.

When I’m not on the tools, you’ll usually find me out fell running or keeping fit. Settle is home, and I’m proud to help build something the town genuinely deserves.

Dan Smith

I’m Dan. I spend a lot of my time training, coaching, or just being outside. My background is a mix of endurance sport and strength training — marathons, ultras, triathlons, long swims, and thru-hikes and cycling trips including the length of the UK, New Zealand and the Pacific Coast from Vancouver to San Diego.

For me, training isn’t about quick fixes. It’s something that fits into a bigger, balanced way of living. I trained as a Personal Trainer and I’m now training as a psychotherapist, with a growing interest in how physical and mental health overlap.

Outside the gym you’ll usually find me running, cycling, or out somewhere green with my Golden Retriever, Fred.

Hi, I’m Louise — also known as Coached by Coates. Before I qualified as a trainer I was in a job I didn’t really enjoy. With a push from Tomi and the TNT team I followed my passion and qualified as a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.

I love all types of training — powerlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox, circuits and HIIT. My approach isn’t just about lifting heavier or clocking more hours; it’s about lifting you, fostering a better mindset and finding fulfilment in fitness.

Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or a complete newcomer, I’ve got you covered with personalised programmes built around your goals.

Rebecca Preston — Personal Trainer & Spin at TNT Hybrid

Rebecca Preston

With nearly 10 years as a Personal Trainer, I deliver over 25 classes a week across multiple gyms, supporting hundreds of members. My approach is simple: fitness should be for everyone — welcoming, approachable and supportive, whether you’re building confidence or training for a marathon.

I have a particular passion for supporting peri- and post-menopausal women, helping them train effectively and adapt their lifestyle to feel strong, healthy and confident through these changes.

Outside training I’m a big advocate for balanced, non-processed nutrition. In my spare time I play golf, hike with my partner Nick and friends, cook, and try to spend time with my two teenage sons Harry and Fred.

I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, and I also hold a pre and postnatal Pilates certificate. I’m excited to join the team at TNT Hybrid and bring a deep passion for all aspects of fitness — from stretching and strengthening to toning and total body conditioning.

My focus is on helping clients build core strength, improve flexibility and enhance body awareness through dynamic mat and reformer classes that are challenging and rewarding.

Whether you’re just beginning your Pilates journey or looking to take your practice to the next level, I hope you leave each class feeling stronger, longer, and more empowered.

Finn Rayner — Personal Trainer at TNT Hybrid

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and current Sport and Exercise Science student at Lancaster University. I’ve been in competitive sport from as young as I can remember — rugby and football as a backbone, with boxing, running and Hyrox as my fundamentals.

My sights are set on becoming a performance-focused coach, developing athletic prowess and physical ability. I’m curious and rigorous — anything I deliver to you has reason and purpose.

We create what we think, and I believe everyone has the ability in them to achieve great things. Work with me and we’ll build the environment to succeed, tailored to you.

Kris Nagy — Personal Trainer at TNT Hybrid

Kris Nagy

I specialise in combat sports coaching, as well as movement and mobility. With over 8 years as a PT and coach, I’ve been fortunate to travel the world through combat sports — training, coaching and competing along the way. I’ve competed in amateur kickboxing at international and world level, and now work closely with professional fighters.

In 2022 I moved to Thailand to fully immerse myself in training and the lifestyle. I’ve also coached in several top gyms across the North West of England, building a strong foundation in both performance and athlete development.

Alongside coaching, I’m involved in a community project called ‘No Man Left Inside’ — a men’s mental health initiative focused on getting men outdoors, training together and building a supportive community. Martial artist. Mover. Family man.
