Fitness Classes in Settle: Your Guide to the TNT Hybrid Timetable
Evolve, Strength, Metcon, Spin, Pilates and more. Every fitness class in Settle at TNT Hybrid explained, with times, so you know exactly where to start.
The evenings are drawing in and you know you need some structure, but walking into a class for the first time is daunting. Which one suits your fitness? Will you keep up? And what actually happens in a Metcon?
This guide explains every fitness class in Settle on the TNT Hybrid timetable: what each one involves, who it suits and when it runs. By the end you will know exactly which class to book first.
Quick answer: TNT Hybrid in Settle runs Evolve, Strength, Metcon, Strength & Conditioning, Spin, Pilates, Women's Group PT, a Mum and Baby class and Boxfit, with weekday sessions from 6am and weekend sessions from 8am. Beginners should start with Evolve or Pilates. Every class is booked in the TNT Hybrid app, and a £10 day pass lets you try one first.
Why a class beats training alone in winter
When it is dark at 5pm and raining sideways, solo training is the first thing to slip. A booked class gives you a time, a coach and a group expecting you. Often that is all it takes to keep going through to spring.
Every session is planned for you, so you just turn up and work. We have written more about this in why group training helps you stay consistent.
Every class on the TNT Hybrid timetable
We run a range of class formats across the week. The times below are from our current timetable, and the TNT Hybrid app always shows the latest.
Evolve
Our signature hybrid class. A full-body session combining strength, cardio and functional movement, and the best introduction to how we train. Beginner-friendly sessions are available.
When: Tuesday 7am, Wednesday 5:45pm, Thursday 6am, Saturday 8am and Sunday 8am.
Strength
A structured session built around resistance training to develop strength and endurance. You learn the main lifts properly and progress them week by week, logging your weights in the app.
When: Monday 6am, Wednesday 6am, 7am and 6:30pm, and Friday 6am.
Metcon
Short for metabolic conditioning. High-intensity work that mixes strength and cardio to build endurance, power and overall fitness. Expect to sweat.
When: Tuesday 6am and 6pm, Friday 7am and Saturday 9am.
Strength & Conditioning
Compound lifts paired with conditioning work to build strength, power and athletic fitness. Ideal if you play sport, race, or are training for an event like Hyrox.
When: Thursday 6pm.

Fitting classes around life in the Dales
The timetable is built around how people in Settle and the surrounding villages actually live. The 6am sessions get you trained before the commute or the school run. The 9:30am slots suit parents, shift workers and anyone with a flexible day. Evening classes start from 5:45pm.
At the weekend, Evolve runs at 8am on Saturday and Sunday, with Metcon at 9am on Saturday. You can train and still be out on the hills by mid-morning.

Your first class: what to expect
Arrive ten minutes early so the coach can say hello and ask about any injuries. Wear comfortable kit and trainers, and bring water.
Every class scales to every level. If a movement is not right for you today, the coach will give you a version that is. Nobody is watching you; everyone is busy with their own session. For a full walkthrough, read what to expect in your first week at TNT Hybrid.
